Service

You have the project. Now it has to be delivered.

I have been part of European initiatives and projects on digital health and AI innovation, of forums that push the use of health data, and of projects in the clinical field. I know why they stall: the AI workstream lands on someone who already has a full-time job, and deliverables arrive late and thin.

  1. Technical delivery

    I join as partner or subcontractor and own the AI and data workstream end to end. How I am contracted adapts to what the project needs.

  2. Deliverables

    Designed, built and submitted in the right format and on time, whether the project is internal, national or European. Five years of it across IHI, Horizon Europe and H2020 projects.

  3. Bridge between clinical and technical

    I speak the language of clinicians, engineers and management to design, build and deploy the solution. It usually decides whether a project gets used at all.

How I come in

  1. Phase 1

    At proposal stage

    I define the AI and data work package, its budget and the deliverables being committed to. I come in as a partner or as a subcontractor, whichever fits the call.

    While the proposal is written

  2. Phase 2

    With the project running

    I deliver that work package: development, validation, deployment and deliverables on time, consortium meetings and reviews included. I also come in straight at this point, on an already funded project.
